Location is very strategic to Ginza area, dept stores and restaurants. Walking distance to Tsukiji fish market. Plenty of eateries, including those open till late night. Bonus is the Higashi Ginza station lift access is right in front of the hotel! Room is small, similar to other Tokyo hotels I previously stayed, need to be very organised esp if you have big suitcases. The upside, room is modern, clean and comfortable. Staff were very polite and nice; they assisted with booking restaurants and taxi. Taxi stand right outside the hotel as well which was very convenient. The bathroom products were excellent.

Staff always had a smile and greeted us, and housekeeping was top notch (especially during our food poisoning episode). Chose this hotel as its central and near a few train lines. Room is a lot bigger than the typical business hotels, intentionally took the double room (without the view) for extra luggage space. Which turned out to be a wise choice when one of us had food poisoning and had to stay in. Amenities provided in the room that we appreciate and used: iron, ironing board and japan plug adapter

Fantastic location - few minutes walk to Ginza 6 and convenience stores. Right next to metro station. The bathroom layout is thoughtfully designed with separate shower & bath and toilet area. The sink is conveniently located in the bedroom. Complete range of amenities including PJs, face wash / skin care etc. Overall stay experience was enjoyable! Friendly and helpful staff who went all the way to find a taxi large enough to carry all our big luggages upon our check out.

We did not have the chance to try the hotel breakfast. Hotel staff were polite and helpful - they were everywhere and always ready to answer/help. The room is ok, a bit small, but decent for Japan' standard hotel room size. Bathroom and Toilet were excellent, spotless and functional. Location is definitely the highlight for this hotel, exceeding our expectation. Will definitely consider staying here again the next time we are in Tokyo.

Superb location. The hotel is right in Ginza, and it is easy to access other places as the metro is just right next to the hotel. The room is decently sized in its price range, but it is a little small for two people and four suitcases. The staff is attentive and friendly, and I will stay at this hotel again next time I am in the Tokyo Ginza area.
