The best thing about this hotel is its location—right in the heart of Ginza. Breakfast was good, and like most Japanese hotels, the staff were efficient and attentive. Beyond that, it’s a typical four-star hotel for a high-end area. The restaurant, while functional, doesn’t stand out much in terms of layout or atmosphere.

Leo

Location was perfect (right next to several subway stations/lines), and close to everything like stores, cafés, restaurants, upscale or local. Room was very comfy, everything worked to perfection (esp the toilet wc :)) and had everything we needed. Taxi stand is right outside at the entrance.

Yvonne

Excellent location, nice room, helpful stuff ( with poor English but no worst than everywhere in japan) including recommendations and reservations of restaurants.

Daniel

The location is unbeatable. Pretty convenient to commute to Haneda and Narida airport. Everyone was friendly to us, great hotel in Ginza.

G

The location, very near the Ginza strip. The hotel staff very nice and efficient.
